Stratocaster [Objekt #4948] [Baujahr 1960]

Body was multiple times refinished and is now only 4cm thick. Last refinish in LPB was done by RS-guitarworks.
Neck with thick slab board was party oversprayed on back.
Had Schaller tuners on it, now single line Klusons reinstalled.
Pickguard is a replica. Decal replaced.
Neck and middle pickups from 1960, bridge PU from 1956, measured: N= 5,42, M: 5,66, B: 5,9 K Ohms.
5-way switch added.
Lower tone pot orig. dated 60-34, others replacements.
Capacitor orig. white "chicklet".
Bridge and tremolo from 1957 with partly new screws and new trem-arm.
Backplate missing, trem-block is slightly too thick for the thinner body now.
Plays and sounds great!
